Scott's entire focus is on using the law as a tool to solve his clients' problems, having dedicated his legal career to developing successful, creative, and cost-effective solutions.  An accomplished businessman with years of experience building and improving organizations, Scott offers his clients a unique combination of professional acumen and legal skills.  Scott prides himself on actually listening to his clients, treating them respectfully and working with them to achieve their goals.   Scott's goal is to become a trusted advisor for every one of his clients.  To that end, he would rather spend a few minutes up-front helping a client avoid a difficulty than many hours later extricating them from its consequences.

Scott earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  Scott graduated cum laude from Michigan Law, which is consistently ranked as one of the top 10 law schools in the nation.  During his time in law school, Scott was an active member of numerous legal and social organizations, demonstrating his commitment to community service and social justice.

Scott received his Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Maryland University College in Adelphi, Maryland.  Recognized for his academic excellence, Scott earned inclusion on the Dean's List for every semester in which he was eligible. 

Scott is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida. 

Scott enjoys playing tennis, boating, fishing, cooking, and losing to his wife at Scrabble.  A licensed instrument pilot, Scott also enjoys flying whenever he can.
